Countywide IT Services are planning to migrate the existing antivirus platform “ Panda Adaptive Defense 360” to Panda’s latest platform “Aether”. This will offer improved security, performance and functionality.
The migration will be carried out in two phases (see below for the practice schedules) and will be pushed automatically through Kace or the Panda migration agent.
Once the migration process is complete, the devices at the practice will be required to be rebooted within a 4 hour time frame of the migration.
For a successful migration please ensure that all the devices at the practice are left switched ON over the planned migration night and restarted first thing the following morning”
