Guide to Unlocking Accounts in a GP Practice

Navigate to the shortcut on the desktop labelled ‘Password Reset’ and double click it.   Users will be presented with the below screen:





Unlocking Accounts

Double click on the account you would like to unlock.

Select the "account tab" if the account is locked, you will have a message to show "Unlock Account"  This account is currently locked out on this Active Directory Domain controller. Click the tick box then apply and click OK. The account will be unlocked with the users existing password still in use.
