Microsoft Teams housekeeping for NHS leavers, movers and guests
The Digital Transformation Team would like to remind Microsoft Teams Owners to regularly check and remove any NHS leavers or temporary guests from the teams channel or meeting series. If a guest/leaver/mover account is not removed, the person will still have access to the team’s channel, which may contain sensitive or confidential discussions, shared files and folders in the team space.
