NHS SCW IT Training Support for GP Practices
The NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) IT Training Team continues to offer practices support with IT training requirements and clinical system queries. Services are funded by the CCG, so are free to practice staff and include training and support for EMIS Web, SystmOne, Vision, Docman, eRS, EPS and more.
The team is currently delivering remote training due to the current COVID situation using MS Teams. They can be flexible, including short refresher sessions, dealing with a list of queries or full two hour training sessions in line with requirements. There is also a range of clinical system videos in the Resource Library.
The IT Training Support desk operates from 9am - 5pm during weekdays for any training queries that may arise in your practice on a day-to-day basis. To request a support call or to arrange a training session, contact: training.scwcsu@nhs.net or call 0300 123 5678.(NB: there is limited ability to answer the office phone so please send an email if the line is busy).
