SystmOne ICT Appointments
We have been asked about how clinicians can view District Nurse appointments on SystmOne, primarily so that they can view their case load and offer assistance where possible. Please see the step-by-step guide on how to access this, kindly provided by Dr Robin Hollands.

SystmOne – HOW TO OBTAIN A LIST OF PATIENTS WITH A DISTRICT NURSE APPOINTMENT.

GHC uses the appointment system to book all patients.

The Circled report will show you a list of all patients who have an appointment on the day you run the search.

Note however that SystmOne uses yesterday’s data so any patient booked the day of the report will not show.

Once you have gone into the patient record click on you ICT team as shown below to get the exact time and details of the appointment. In this case x 2 visits for insulin on 18th.
If you link an alert to Has ICT appointment in Future* in the second list of reportes then you will have an up to date reminder of all patients under ICTs.

SCW IT Training Support
Due to the current fast-moving situation with the COVID-19 virus, SCW will not be able to deliver IT training onsite until further notice. However, remote training and support will still be available when you need it. A member of our training team can, with your permission, dial in remotely to your PC and deliver a ‘virtual’ training session concisely and tailored to your specific needs. We will also continue to support you over the telephone for ‘one-off’ queries. If you are covering for a colleague at the moment and need to learn new skills quickly, please contact our IT Training Administration Team who will arrange a session for you (0300 123 5678) 9-5 Monday to Friday or email training.scwcsu@nhs.net.
