Cinapsis Post Event Messages
In order to get the telephone Cinapsis COVID-19 hotline working for SWASFT and staff in community hospitals, the Cinapsis team have had to allow their PEMS (Post Event Messages) to be sent to practices to make sure that there is a record of the communication. The reason for this is that it was not possible to set up a filing system in either SWASFT or GHC quickly enough. If you receive Cinapsis PEMs which identity as being for SWASFT or a community hospital, there is no need to act; please just file them. So far, only a few have been sent out, but this is likely to increase.
