Health and Social Care Networks update
Due to the COVID situation, delays have been incurred with the delivery of health and social
care networks (HSCN). NHS Digital and BT’s position is to treat GP practices with a level of importance that supports the delivery of HSCN by August 2020.
Some sites which were due to have installations have had their appointments delayed. NHSD have escalated these delays with BT to urgently review the installation timescales. Once the reviewed dates are confirmed a member from the County IT Services project team will be in touch with practices to rearrange appointments.
