111 and CCAS Booking into TPP and EMIS Worklists – Microsoft Teams Support
The CCG has been working with the CSU, 111 providers and NHS Digital to set up the technical capability for practices to receive patients digitally on the worklists, as set out in the NHS England Standard Operating Procedures for coronavirus. This capability will also allow you meet the contractual requirements for 111 booking into primary care.

Gloucestershire CCG went live with direct booking on 22 June 2020, and 111 providers are actively placing patients onto practice worklists across Gloucestershire. The booking team is now monitoring usage across the CCG and the data suggests that some practices may have an issue, either with the spine connectivity or local configuration, which is preventing worklists being visible to 111.

To support practices, the CSU is working with NHS Digital to arrange 30 minute Microsoft Teams meetings with practices that could potentially have an issue. During this meeting your practice configuration will be checked to ensure 111 has full visibility. If you have already received patients on your worklists, this review will not be required.

Invites are being sent out to practices and your assistance would be appreciated to ensure the correct person (i.e. who can make minor configuration changes to the worklist during the call) is available to attend the meeting.

The expectation is this will be completed over the next three weeks. If you need any support in the meantime or have any concerns please contact kara.smith@nhs.net or Debbie.james9@nhs.net.
