NHS Mail changes
A planned change is scheduled across the NHSmail platform on 4th August and this may impact NHSmail users. Users impacted by the change will be required to re-enter their password into the Outlook desktop client when they first login on or after 5th August. This change is part of the NHSmail refresh to ensure legacy applications can continue to work post migration. The change is not expected to impact mobile device users.
