The SCW IT training website now features a number of SystmOne videos which may be of interest to clinicians who are new to using SystmOne. EMIS web videos will be available soon and further training materials are in the Resource Library pages. To access these learning resources, please register here.

Have your say on Microsoft Teams
The Digital Team invite you to complete a very brief survey on using Microsoft (MS) Teams. The team wants to understand how MS Teams is being used to support remote working across the CCG and Primary Care in Gloucestershire and would be grateful if you would share your experience of using this collaborative platform over recent months.
Your feedback will help the team ensure they are able to support you as we move forward from these unprecedented times. The short survey will only take 5-10 minutes to complete, all feedback is gratefully welcomed.
Request for support with NHS Digital research
NHS Digital is looking for GP practice staff who are responsible for maintaining their GP practice profile on the NHS.UK website as well as the comment response feature (responding to comments from members of the public) to take part in user research.
In total, they hope to recruit ten volunteers from across England for the research sessions on Thursday 20th August and Monday 24th August. The one-hour sessions (a number of slots on each day are available to book) will consist of an informal remote video call using Microsoft Teams where participants will be asked a few questions as well as being asked to complete a few tasks using the new profile editor.
