 Reporting IT Issues

All IT issues and requests must be logged through the Countywide IT Service helpdesk in order for calls to be logged, tracked or triaged for resolution. A member from the GPIT team is monitoring calls on behalf of the CCG to prevent breeches or escalate further priorities based on clinical need.

Laptops and VPN: Laptops with “Always On VPN” or “Oxford VPN” that are accessing the Glos network should, where possible, connect their laptops to the Glos domain every 30 days or less to ensure receipt of any security updates or patches.
