Anti-Virus updates and
patches are an important feature to safe guard practices and IT networks from
cyber-attacks. Please help us keep you
safe and our networks protected from cyber crime, by ensuring that PCs or IT equipment connected to the network are re-booted
once a day i.e. switched off and on again.
Any IT equipment that is permanently left on should be rebooted each
day to ensure patches/updates are installed following updates. If you have equipment that is not regularly
connected to the network, please ensure when connected that all updates are
completed before you use it.
