Countywide IT Services NHSMail Message
Thank you to all of our users who’ve told us they are having issues with NHSmail accounts. We have investigated and found it’s a national issue affecting NHSmail users across the country. We know that is impacting users in Gloucestershire Hospitals Trust, Gloucestershire CCG and some Primary Care sites.
Our advice for now is that if you have problems receiving or sending emails in Outlook, please use the NHS webmail client instead. We’ll keep you updated and let you know as soon as this has been resolved.
